The resort has 60 living units (pavilion rooms and villas). It is possible to configure the rooms according to the needs of the guests. All rooms are air-conditioned, accessible to the disabled, and barrier-free.
The living units are either in one of the six pavilion buildings or four double villas.
The Pavilion rooms are suitable for guests with and without care needs. The villa rooms are intended for guests who require none or only minimal nursing care.
The Pavilion rooms are specially designed to meet the needs of guests who are dependent on nursing care.
EURASIA senior residence center has six pavilion buildings. Each of these pavilion buildings has 12 guest rooms, spacious common areas, a kitchen, and rooms used for nursing purposes.
The EURASIA senior residence center concept allows partners to live together, even if care is needed. It is possible to configure the pavilion rooms to individual needs. There are connecting doors in some of the living units. These rooms can thus be rented together as a 2-room junior suite. Guests who want more space can even rent three rooms as a Pavilion Senior Suite. This is possible because three rooms each have a shared entrance area.
In the configuration of a Pavilion-Senior-Suite, two partners have, for example, individual bedrooms that are directly connected by a connecting door. The third room can be used as a living room. Separate bedrooms are important to guarantee 24-hour care by our nursing staff.
Of course, a single person can also rent a larger accommodation unit (2-room junior suite or 3-room senior suite) for himself.
Guests who move into EURASIA senior residence center alone are not alone either. During the day, our guests can spend time together in our pavilion buildings' spacious common areas. These communal areas have sufficient seating and even a shared kitchen.

Furthermore, a conference room for up to 20 persons is available.
All facilities are barrier-free. Even the swimming pool is accessible for wheelchair users.
The award-winning restaurant in EURASIA senior residence center, the German Restaurant EURASIA, has an outdoor terrace and an air-conditioned indoor area.
We serve Asian, Thai, Western, and German cuisine.
The restaurant is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
